Operations and projects rooted in Quebec

In Quebec, we have three mining complexes in Abitibi-Témiscamingue that account for more than one third of the Company’s global production. To support future growth, we also have two advanced exploration projects. Agnico Eagle’s expertise and responsible approach are embodied every day by the teams at our operating sites as well as those working on our exploration and development projects.

Collaboration as a driver for development

Based on openness, trust, and a shared vision for the future, three collaborative agreements have been signed between certain Anicinapek First Nations in Abitibi-Témiscamingue and Agnico Eagle regarding the activities of the Canadian Malartic mine, the LaRonde complex, and the Akasaba West mine.
